As a working single mom of two, I've spent decades burning the candle at both ends just to make ends meet.
Self care was not always an option, let alone a priority.
But beyond basic needs, I also had immense stored trauma in my body and struggled to feel safe in my own skin. And sadly, I coped by over functioning and working harder.

My somatic dreamwork practice is transpersonal, rooted in animism, and inspired by my studies at Pacifica Graduate Institute. I'm intuitively gifted in the realm of dreams and over the last 20 years, have developed my abilities to include: diagnostic, precognitive, lucid, and clairvoyant dreams.
