I slow down enough to listen well; I make medicine from what haunts me.

You'll find me carefully tending the intersection of psyche, nervous system, and soul. I don't often seek answers but I always crave deeper questions.
I created this space because, as the collective grows more unstable, I believe we’re being called to slow down, root in, and tap into a deeper source. And now, more than ever, we need to gather and nourish ourselves at a soul level. I also believe that connection, creativity and collaboration are powerful catalysts to our personal and collective liberation.
